As a Back Office Executive at The Ultra Outdoors Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure seamless backend support for the organization. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Accurate and timely data entry into the company's databases and systems.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
2. **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in coordinating with other departments as needed.
3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Prepare and generate reports as required by management.
- Manage and organize documentation, ensuring it aligns with company standards.
4. **Customer Support**:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
5. **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling office supplies.
- Support team members and managers as needed.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Any Bachelor’s degree or Min. 12th Passout.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
