The Back Office Executive/Assistant is responsible for providing essential support to front office operations and ensuring that administrative and operational functions are executed efficiently. This role involves handling data entry, maintaining records, managing internal communication, and assisting in various administrative tasks to support the overall productivity of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Prepare and process reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis.
- Handle internal communications and ensure effective information flow between departments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
