**Job Title: Receptionist - Business Center (1+ Years of Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and information about the business center's services.
- Handle incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate staff or departments.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing meeting room bookings, and handling mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and reservations.

**Facilities Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the facilities and operations team to address client requests related to office space, equipment, and amenities.
- Ensure the common areas are clean and well-maintained.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, workshops, and meetings hosted at the business center.
- Set up event spaces and provide support during events.

**Client Services**:

- Build positive relationships with clients, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Address client concerns and feedback, escalating issues when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a business center or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
- Customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to assist clients.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle various situations at the front desk.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Friendly and approachable personality.

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
