**Receptionist position in Hyderabad**

**Roles and responsibilities**
- **Able to speak English, Hindi and Telugu (mandatory)**:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing security and telecommunications systems
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Managing meeting room availability
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
- Preparing vouchers
- Handling transcription, printing, photocopying and faxing
- Handling travel arrangements
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment, on boarding and termination processes
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
**Here are the key skills for a receptionist**:

**Qualification**: ANY Degree
**Experience**: minimum 1 Year experience in any real estate/Infra company as receptionist
**Salary**: Rs 12,000 to 25000/- Per Month (Based on Previous Package)
Immediate joiner only
