**JOB OVERVIEW**:
This role involves a variety of tasks, including making calls, handling escalations, collecting data, and preparing presentations when necessary.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Communication and Coordination**:
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with vendors, dealers, and clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all queries, concerns, and issues from various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the projects team to collect relevant data and information for
**D’ART ** effective communication.
**2. Vendor and Dealer Management**:
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with vendors and dealers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Address vendor and dealer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with vendors and dealers to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
**3. Issue Escalation and Resolution**:
- Handle escalated concerns from clients, vendors, and dealers with empathy and efficiency.
- Investigate issues, gather necessary information, and work towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Keep detailed records of escalated cases, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
**4. Data Collection and Analysis**:
- Collaborate with the projects team to gather accurate data and information related to ongoing projects.
- Compile and analyze collected data to generate insights that contribute to decision
- making and process improvements.
**5. Presentation Preparation**:
- Create and update presentations as required, using tools such as Microsoft
PowerPoint.
- Ensure that presentations are visually appealing, organized, and effectively convey the desired information.
**6. Public Relations (PR) Management**:
- Maintain strong and positive PR with clients, vendors, and dealers.
- Foster open lines of communication and trust-building activities to enhance relationships.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Communication, etc.).
- 0-1 year of experience in customer care, vendor coordination, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor while dealing with stakeholders/clients.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
