**JOB DUTIES**

- Responsible for Pre-Production Day to day activities as given in duty statements below**Key Accountabilities**
**Duty Statements**
**Monitoring**:
- Preparation of Proto Plan for Butibori & Dubai factory
- PRS follow up for proto manufacturing.
- Preparation of D-BOM & C-BOM.
- Monitoring proto assembly for test tower & Non test tower
- Proto Finalization.
- Preparation of Proto Check Sheet
- SAP Working.
- Conducting Client proto-Inspection & preparation of inspection report.
- Follow up for F BOM.
- PPC department data management
- Monitoring Dubai PPC related working activities.
- Coordination with Dubai project team for new project
- Developing shop sketches whenever needed
- Preparation of draft BOM for emergency whenever needed.
- Modification of shop sketches in CAD
- Comments on shop sketches like giving template number, Critical items, Bend direction, Special manufacturing process etc.
- Coordination with planning dept.
- Coordination with Engineering dept.
- Incorporating revisions received from client & Engineering team
- Contractor Billing
- Outsourcing of Shop sketches
- Implementation of revision slip
