Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing
office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assisting in providing administrative support to HOD’s, project managers and
engineering teams, including document preparation, scheduling, and coordination of
meetings.
- Assisting in managing and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy,
organization, and accessibility.
- Assisting in reviewing and approving administrative expenditures in accordance with
company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Assisting in supervising and mentoring administrative staff & IT staff, EPBX, Mobile
& Telephone related activity, uniform, safety shoes & tool bags etc. Providing
guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Assisting in handling inventory and budgeting of stationery, office requirement,
company assets etc.
- Assisting in Facility Management.
- Assisting in reception & dispatch activity.
- Assisting in travel arrangements like air, train & road transport. Visa, tickets, and
hotel arrangements.
- Assisting in setting up new offices, godown etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration
is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office
software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
