Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective customers, establishing a professional and engaging rapport to understand their requirements and provide information about our VR properties and projects.
- Schedule and conduct on-site property visits, showcasing the unique features and advantages of our virtual reality properties, creating an immersive experience for potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively follow up with leads generated through various channels, nurturing them through the sales process to achieve conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ offerings to be a knowledgeable and persuasive sales representative.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling and sales, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities, adept at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
