**Role**

You will have the dedication to support the customers’ requirements by providing inputs and possible solutions to the Head of Sales, Regional Sales and Sales Executive to ensure that the customer requirements are met. You will have to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop presentations and provide information
- Proficient in both written and oral English communication
- Should be good in use of various apps and software such as MS Office
- Should be in a position to understand the technicality and chemistry of the product
- Should have a fairly good flair for sales and marketing
- Schedule appointments with clients, internal departments, external stakeholders, other agencies, and Departments.
- Manage the Sales Calendar and ensure availability to attend the events.
- Follow up to ensure scheduled meeting take place and prioritize meetings.
- Self-communication skills in the form of replies to company’s clients.
- Screening of incoming calls, take messages or direct the calls to the Directors and CMO.
- Provide support to the Directors and CMO in respect of official matters and provide necessary assistance.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations and letters in the appropriate format.
- File management for ease of retrieval (both electronic and manual)
- Coordinate with travel arrangements in terms of flight bookings, accommodation, and car hire.
- Write memos as and when necessary.

Keep abreast with the market trends generally and PVC industry in particular with regards to developments, technology, regulations in the designated geographies

**Essential Requirements**
- Proven relevant working experience in customer facing with cross-functional responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport at various levels in customer’s organization as well as within the Company
- B Sc / M Sc / B Tech in Chemical Engg / Polymers from a reputed institute.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience of customer liaising and sales activities
- Holding an MBA
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce
