We are searching for a driven and communicative Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads generated by our marketing efforts, and scheduling meetings with senior-level decision-makers for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for these leads, playing a critical role in building relationships and nurturing them into successful sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact and qualify leads provided by the company through outbound calls.
- Understand lead needs and challenges to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Secure appointments for qualified leads with senior-level decision-makers within the organization.
- Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and meeting outcomes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build report with leads over the phone.
- Strong listening and questioning skills to effectively understand lead needs.
- Ability to work and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

**Bonus points**:

- Experience in our industry or a related field.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field.
