Our company is an ecommerce company. Ecommerce company means online business company.
Our company sells products online. Our company has its own website from where customers order goods online.All these orders are seen with us and we check all these orders and send them to the customers.We need a strong team to investigate all these orders. The main job of this team is to make calls on the orders booked by the customers. In this call, we clear many things by talking to the customer.Such calls are called confirmation calls. All these calls are made before the orders are dispatched.

1. **For order confirmation**: Whether the customer wants to order or not. If not, then find out the reason for it and if possible then solve that cause.
2. **Product editing**: Sometimes at the time of confirmation on call it is found that the customer wants to make some changes in the selected item. Like changing the color, changing the model of the selected product
3. **address editing**: Sometimes the address given by the customer is incomplete due to which there may be issue in delivery of the product. We have to rectify this by checking it at the time of call.
4. **Multiple quantity**: Many times the customer books many things on COD. In such a situation, sending him many things at once can be harmful. We have to talk to the customer and send him less quantity or we have to take some advance payment from the customer.This way we know that the chances of the goods being sent back are low and will not cause any harm to us.
