Unilever International is Unilever’s White Space Arm. Our purpose is to ‘Serve the Underserved and Make a Difference’. We work as a ‘fully independent yet fully integrated Go-To-Market with various MCOs through hubs in US, Europe, Africa, AMET, South Asia, SEAA and North Asia to fill white spaces for Unilever. On one hand, we are completely responsible for building all of Unilever’s brands in white space geographies like Korea, Pacific Islands, Mongolia and on the other we are now leading the launches of big brands like Lifebuoy, Sunlight, Fair & Lovely, Tresemme among others into big markets like the US, China, Western Europe and SEAA.

As Unilever’s growth engine, we are thirdly responsible for creating a global white space business in alternate channels like Duty Free, E Commerce Seeding in China and India, marketing to Institutional partners like the United Nations and seeding Unilever brands to overseas diaspora who miss their home brands.

Singapore is UI’s global hub which leads strategy, marketing thinking, seeding plans, and alignment with the global categories and supply chain. **MAIN JOB PURPOSE**
- Reporting to the HRBP Manager of Unilever International, the purpose of this role is to deliver HR support to the business and ensuring HR delivery is in fully aligned to business goals in their area of business
- Be independently partnering to marketing teams globally.. Supports managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver Strategy Into Action (SIA) components, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Drive key global UI HR initiatives in certain pillars such as talent &organization, HR data& analytics, learning and resourcing

**KEY INTERACTIONS**

The assistant HRBP will interface with the following stakeholders:

- Line managers
- Global UI Head of HR, UI HR Managers, UL Korea Head of HR, UI Asst HR Managers
- UI EVP &VPs
- Other UI Business Units Directors
- Singapore based HR Team
- Respective local HR teams where employees are based

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

The HR Business Partner ensures the execution of HR activities being aligned with Global direction and leverages HR colleagues from respective majors to deliver HR interventions within the business.

**Talent Management**:

- Provides input and execute the Talent strategy for new compass organisation for marketing function through developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by activating global solutions, e.g. Talent Management tools/ succession plan/ location strategy, and diversity metrics, etc)
- Action various talent agenda through collaboration with stakeholders and local counterparts for Marketing
- Supporting the right talent casting and initiatives
- Managing day to day talent operations

**Organization & Capability Development**:

- Implements and coordinates change initiatives for compass org to support enhanced organisational effectiveness within the business and tracks delivery against the case for change using analytical and data-driven approaches to business and organisational issue analysis
- Organizational design and plan resourcing initiatives for new compass org
- Coordinates various hr stakeholders to develop and enhance existing HR and talent practices
- Leading marketing upskilling and learning agenda in partnership with UI CMO
- Managing day to day organization related operations

**Change Management**:

- Execute the change management actions for marketing as result of new compass organization through various stakeholder and people management
- Manage cascades and change management plans/activities as per compass guidance for Asia and Korea
- Help building WoW guidelines and trainings on mindset/culture shift with new org for Asia and Korea

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- University Graduate
- Min 4 years’ experience in HR
- Passion for business with strong customer focus
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities
- Comfortable with HR system (Workday) and managing HR data
- Collection of rich diverse experience in different sub fields of HR such as employee relations, organizational development, rewards, talent acquisition and HR business partnering is a plus
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond to multiple changes and working to influence chan
