Native Ads Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Manage native platforms such as Taboola, Revcontent, MGID, Outbrain, etc.
Execute optimization of targeting messaging, spending, and bids across campaigns to meet and exceed the client’s ROAS goals.
End-to-end management of campaigns including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
Develop and implement native advertising strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.
Good experience in Content and landing page development/optimization.
Must have handled good budgets in Native campaigns and should know how to run campaigns on scale.
Understand client's needs and metrics and communicate actionable insights to all stakeholders.
Analyze performance data for each ad campaign and provide practical solutions.
Execute media test plans with analytics to assess the impact of the campaigns on driving business objectives.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Possess at least 2 years’ experience building and managing native advertising campaigns.
Must have bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
Prior track record of successfully managing and optimizing direct response campaigns.
Strong optimization skills for targeting, messaging, spending, and bids.
Strong understanding of metrics/KPIs in native advertising.
Continuous learning and staying updated with native advertising trends and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Thought leadership in the native advertising space.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
