**Summary** : The Test Center Administrator/Invigilator is responsible for administrating all aspects of the testing operations in assigned test center of Pearson Professional Centers by providing high quality on-site service in accordance with strict operational policies and procedures of the examination processes.
**This role is a 6-month contract position (Part Time) and requires on-site presence in the office; remote work or work-from-home options are not available.**
**Key Roles & Responsibility**:
- Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
- Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues

**Required Knowledge & Experience**:
**Education and Experience**:
- 6 months customer service experience required
- Exposure in a testing environment strongly preferred
**Key Requirement**:
- This role spans 6 months with flexibility to accommodate shifts any day of the week: Monday through Sunday, between the hours of 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.
- This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20:00 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed
- Should be comfortable to work in a quiet testing environment.
**Pay**:
- You will be paid INR 250 per hour + INR 200 daily allowance.
