Sales Account Executive

Coimbatore Tamil Nadu, India Appac Mediatech Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Understand the customer requirements starting from RFQ stage. Clearly identify the business potential annually for coming years.
- Proficiently handle sales and customer service. Should be able to ensure 2 months firm schedule and 2 months rolling schedule from customer using his/her CRM skill and negotiation tactics.
- Understand the market forces which may impact business schedules.
- Keep a track of competitors, their strategies and customer adhesion.

**Duties & Tasks**:
1. Develop price quotes against RFQ floated after receiving the estimates internally.

2. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

3. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

4. Present products to prospective clients

5. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

6. Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

8. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

9. Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, delivery, and packaging.

10. Define terms and conditions for the price quote clearly understanding the nitty gritty of the components/products offered to customer.

11. Forecasting Sales and involve in planning to alignment with the departmental goals.

**Requirements**:
1. Good English written/oral communication and presentation skills.

2. Experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role

3. Knowledge of market research and sales cycle.

4. Technical understanding of castings and ability to communicate internally with Production and development teams.

5. Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus

6. Organizational and time-management skills

7. A business acumen

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
