**Job Title: Master Diagnostic Automobile experience preferred**

**Job Summary**:
As a Master Diagnostic at our automobile dealership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective diagnosis and repair of vehicles. Utilizing your extensive knowledge and expertise in automotive diagnostics, you will accurately identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions, contributing to customer satisfaction and dealership success. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians, service advisors, and management to uphold the highest standards of quality and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments on various makes and models of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, equipment, and software to troubleshoot complex automotive problems effectively.
- Interpret diagnostic results and provide detailed explanations to customers and service advisors, offering recommendations for repair or maintenance.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic techniques, and repair procedures through continuous training and professional development.
- Collaborate with service advisors to prioritize and schedule repairs based on customer needs and dealership priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostic findings, repairs performed, and parts used, adhering to dealership documentation procedures.
- Assist junior technicians in diagnosing and resolving challenging technical issues, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the service department, including proper handling of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
- Uphold dealership policies and procedures regarding customer service, quality control, and ethical conduct at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training in automotive technology preferred.
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification as a Master Technician or equivalent highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a diagnostic technician in an automotive dealership or repair facility, with a strong track record of successfully diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software, including scanners, oscilloscopes, and computerized diagnostic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to meet customer demand and dealership goals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Master Diagnostics: 7 years (preferred)
