**Looking for a Chef Technology Officer**:
Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company's technology strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.

Technical Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the successful delivery of web development projects.

Product Development: Oversee the design and development of innovative and scalable web products and services, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

Technology Stack and Architecture: Make informed decisions on selecting the appropriate technology stack and system architecture for various projects.

Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement processes and methodologies to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of an organization's web solutions.

Innovation and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology and identify opportunities for innovation within the company.

Infrastructure and Operations: Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Data Security and Privacy: Establish and maintain robust data security and privacy practices, complying with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing technologies, data analytics, and tracking tools to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.

Client Engagement and Consultation: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, addressing their technical concerns and requirements.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Budget and Resource Management: Manage the technology budget and allocate resources effectively to support different projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Significant experience (e.g., 8+ years) in web development, software engineering, or related technical roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position.

Web Development Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in web development technologies, frameworks, and languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, etc.

Digital Marketing Awareness: A solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media marketing, to support collaboration with the marketing team.

Project Management: Proven track record in successfully managing web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Innovation and Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions to technical challenges, driving the company's technological growth.

Team Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a technical team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Problem-Solving Skills: A strategic problem solver with the ability to address complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.

Industry Knowledge: Keen awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and digital marketing.

Business Acumen: An understanding of business needs and the ability to align technology with the company's overall goals.

Adaptability: The capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing technology trends and business requirements.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**INR 1-1.5 Lakhs a month along with 5% of Equity.**

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
