Createstandards and frameworks to guide effective use of data andtechnology across ministryprograms.

Partnerwith CIOs CTOs and other agencies to implement modern architectureand systems leveraging automation and AI. While this roleemphasizes strategic oversight in guiding technology initiativesand decisions on technologies and digital strategy the directimplementation of software projects will be carried out byrespective departments like NIC/CDAC or vendors selected by theMinistry or agencies underit.

Workclosely with ministry on interagency and industry collaborationsregarding technologyinnovation.

Presentan integrated view of citizen service delivery help drive intra andinterministerial coordination as well as oversee development andexecution of ministrys data strategy and datagovernance.

RequiredQualifications:15years overall experience with 10 years leading enterprisescale AIand digital transformationinitiatives.

Experiencedeveloping and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps forlarge organizations. Experience of government or public sectororganizations will bepreferred.

Expertknowledge of AI machine learning data security & privacyadvanced data analytics and other emergingtechnologies

Exceptionalleadership and collaboration skills ability to influence diversestakeholders.

Strongcommitment to public service and managing governmentpartnerships.

Masters/PhDin Computer Science Engineering or related fieldpreferred
