Supply Planning Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Transactional Work:

- Execute standardized and repetitive supply chain tasks efficiently.
- Interact with DBU customers and PDC suppliers, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and drive solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement basic ERP system functionalities to streamline operations.
- KPI Management:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance.
- Strive to achieve targets while minimizing impact on other metrics.

**Qualifications**

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and transactional processes.
- Keen attention to detail and a drive for process improvement.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and communicate clearly.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and presentation skills advantageous.

Shift Timing:
0630 AM to 0330 PM, APAC shift hours.
