Supply Planning Coordinator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
- Engage in HSE training.

Quality
- Follow applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures.
- Perform quality checks on material planning master data (lead time, order quantities, etc.).
- Work with Quality to disposition non-conforming material.

Delivery
- Execute supply plan releases with assigned strategic or complex suppliers.
- Participate in allocation calls to understand constraints.
- Collaborate with suppliers to reduce lead time and order quantities.
- Manage part change requests and ramp-up/ramp-down activities.
- Reconcile order boards for critical suppliers, parts, and past due orders.
- Support Deliver Supplier Improvement Process initiative.
- Provide accurate, timely updates on inventory availability and backorder recovery plans.
- Take ownership of delivery of supplier schedules to meet end Customer needs.

Teamwork
- Communicate effectively within the assigned team and with all support teams.
- Complete training and personal development aligned with business requirements and career goals.
- Participate in improvement projects.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- College, University, or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- May require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**Experience**:

- Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in materials planning, production scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control.
- Ability to work night shift (5 PM to 2 AM).
- Hybrid work schedule: Tuesday to Thursday (Work from office).
