Job Title: Sales and Business Development Executive
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team
base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a blend of
strong sales acumen, business development skills, and a deep understanding of the printing and
designing industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
Conduct sales presentations to showcase the company's printing and design capabilities and tailor
offerings to meet client needs.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and
ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client
expectations.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new
business opportunities.
Analyze market data to develop strategies for market penetration and differentiation.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer
base.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific
requirements.
Negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable and long-term partnerships.Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline
development.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to forecasting activities.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven at least one-year experience in sales and business development within the printing and
designing industry.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, graphic design, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts
to a non-technical audience.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills for market analysis and sales strategy development.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office and mail drafting.
- Proficient in English, oral and written communication.
