Ø Keeping abreast of what is happening on the F&B front in other competitive hotels & restaurants and analyses how it can be applied to enhance the quality and to be in demand in the market

Ø Meeting guests long-staying room guests and restaurants guests on regular basis and suggesting new dishes and gathering feedback from them

Ø Handling special VIP food amenities, special guest preferences and appropriate substitution for menu selection when requested

Ø Handling banquets events in coordination with banquets sales manager

a) To innovate new recipes, new methods and improvise upon procedure of operation thereby improving on
- Time gap between food preparation and food service
- Quality enhancement
- Increase productivity
- New styles of presentations
- Fusion of cuisine’s

b) To contribute to the bottom line
- reduction of staff by introducing multiskilling
- amalgamation of two jobs

c) Reduction of food cost by having
- a tight control on pilferages and
- reducing wastage due to negligence and improper planing
- Liaison with the F&B Controller to get variance indicators

Ø Reduction of HLP costs by creating an awareness and by keeping a check on the figures on monthly basis

Ø Liaison with the kitchen steward for fuel and regular repairs and maintenance of equipment's

Ø Liaison with F&B Service to enhance the Guest service by meeting and satisfying Guest needs, taking regular rounds in the restaurants and monitoring the quality and efficiency of service

Ø Briefs productions and service staff as to how the menu items are prepared and organizes presentation and classrooms training for the same and also keeps a check that standard recipes are being followed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
