Position: Telecaller Fundraiser

Location: Chennai

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of telecaller fundraisers.

Develop and implement effective telecalling strategies to achieve fundraising targets.

Engage potential donors through persuasive communication.

Maintain and update donor databases.

Provide training and support to junior telecallers.

Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telecalling or fundraising, preferably in the NGO sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
