- Staying updated by attending seminars or conferences about the latest travel-related trends, regulations and safety measures to provide informed recommendations.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Ticket Issuance/Reissuance/Refunds etc.
- Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
- Handle customer’s problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Interacting with the Airlines Customer Care.
- Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months experience required of US travel process.
- Minimum qualification is 12th pass.
- Comfortable for rotational shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 20/06/2024
