E-commerce Executive

to-day activities of our Ecommerce Business.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Must have Experience in Amazon/Flipcart seller accounts
- Will Be Responsible for Handling Product Listings, Day
- To-Day Operational Issues Related to The Marketplace
- Managing Product Cataloguing, Pricing, Description, and A+ Content.
- Coordinate with marketplaces for solving queries and issues.
- Update and maintain the accounting database with data entry and reports.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce manager and manage the day-to-day reports about account sales, orders, and stock information
- Handle monthly and quarterly reports and Company

Stock details daily basis
- New Product Research and competitor's analytics
- Self-Motivated, Fast Learner with good problem-solving skills.
- Manage Inventory, supplies, stocks, and place orders.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
- Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of the website
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Manage and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with relevant internal functions to fulfill customers' orders.
- Educational Qualification:

- Any Graduate with good command of English
- Basic Knowledge of Web Development.

Work Experience and Skills Required:

- Excellent at all aspects of the English language, especially English speaking & listening skills are a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- E-commerce operation knowledge
- Customer Service oriented
- Committed to hard work and continual learning.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
