As a restaurant steward you are responsible to promote and ensure _guest_ satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served.
- You will be reporting to captain
- Duty hours will be instructed by the Captain as per the restaurant Industry standard
- Personal Hygiene and sanitation to be maintained as per HSE standard.
- Attending the Daily Morning briefing is mandatory
- Should have full knowledge about our Food & Beverage Menu
- Food to be served as per standard service sequence
- Alertness and attentive at all times is needed in the dining area
- There should not be any disparity for any specific guest everyone should be taken care by atmost care
- Have knowledge about the cooking time of the dishes we provide here
- Before presenting the Bill to the guest clear the table
- Clear and re-lay the table once the guest is leaves the place
- keep all the menus clean and tidy.
- You will check side section boards and stack appropriate mis-en-place for the service before commencing restaurant operation.
- Check all tables and chairs are in good condition before start of the operation
- Try to remember the names of all our regular guests and their preferred menu
- Handle service utensils with extreme care to avoid breakage
- Place all the orders; those are to be served on the table by checking the tab or KOT.
- Arrange all the stationary, food, beverage and general indent from the stores neatly.
- Always maintain the silence at the dining area. You should be aware of Body language in the restaurant.
- Settle your entire section guest’s bills; make sure correct bill reaches to the assigned guest, cross verity before producing it to the guest
- End of the shift make sure you complete the polishing of CCG and stacked neatly at the side section.
- Do not argue with Guest or your superiors
- Discuss all your operational queries with your reporting authority
- If suffering with any health related problems immediately inform your superiors
- Do not use any unparliamentary words at the work place
- All types of Sauces and accompaniments to be returned to kitchen at the end of the day
- Keep the accommodation neat and clean

**Prerequisites**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
- Strong customer service and team working skills.
- Physical stamina to work long hours

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:
Fresher’s

Any fresh gradates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
