Client Servicing Executive - IT

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing web and software projects and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Take ownership of web and software projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery within allocated resources.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements, identify their needs, and propose appropriate solutions to meet their goals and objectives.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, such as development, design, and quality assurance, to coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Timely Delivery: Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting quality standards and client expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project status, client feedback, and key performance indicators, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, providing insights to enhance client services and drive business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in managing web and software projects, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of web development and software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
- Client Management Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively manage client expectations, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving: Analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts with different stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality project delivery and accurate documentation.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, project requirements, and client needs.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
