JoulesHealth, a leading healthcare company, is seeking an MIS Executive for Sales to optimize data-driven decision-making within our expanding sales team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**:
- Analyze and interpret sales data for actionable insights.
- Maintain and update accurate sales databases.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for sales performance.
- Develop dashboards to communicate key metrics effectively.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify and implement process enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- **Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team, providing data support and maintaining sales documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in MIS or similar role, with a focus on sales operations.
- Proficient in data analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems.
**Personal Attributes**:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,421.89 per month
