**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
- Introduce our products/services and explain their benefits to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information.
- Address customer queries and concerns, providing accurate and informative responses.
- Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to engage prospects effectively.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the appropriate teams.
**Marketing Support**:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions and respond promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
**Data Management**:
- Keep records of telecalling activities, including call logs, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on telecalling and marketing activities as required.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in marketing support is desirable.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,442.98 per month
