**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain records, files, work on open Insurance claims and documentation.-
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure accuracy.-
- Organize and maintain digital files.Collaborate with team members and other departments.-
- Provide customer support to external partners.**Job Requirements**- Graduation or postgraduate with any degree-
- Preferably 2-3+ years' experience in US mortgage /BPO Process-
- Proven experience in administrative skills-
- Excellent written and spoken English communication, experience dealing with US based customers-
- Excellent computer skills like excel, word, outlook etc.,-
- Strong organizational and time management skills-
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.-
- Strong work ethics-
