**Role**: Grievance Associate (Customer Experience)

**Base** **Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Working** **For**: UAE

**What would you do while you work with us?**
- Resolving and ensuring the daily grievances on various sources to ensure the customer is timely updated and informed about the process.
- Handling end to end customer grievances.
- Giving customer appropriate & timely resolution.
- Interdepartmental coordination & alignment Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

**What are the credentials we would like for our applicants to have?**
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Prior experience in grievance handling
- Experience in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
- Previous experience in customer handling role
- Knowledge of Basic excel skills

**Job-Specific Skills**
- Detail oriented
- Good Communication
- Content Writing Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
