Cold Calling Internship

Dynamisers Solutions is a dynamic marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through innovative and effective marketing strategies. We are looking for a motivated Cold Calling Lead Generation Executive to join our team and contribute to our lead generation efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling to targeted businesses.
- **Pitching**: Effectively communicate the value propositions of our services to prospects.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all interactions.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and pipeline progression to the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation strategies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Persistence**: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets.
- **Sales Acumen**: Understanding of basic sales principles and the ability to influence potential clients.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to quickly understand the services offered by Dynamisers Solutions and adapt the pitch accordingly.
