**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.(mechanical ) - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the capital goods industry and project selling in the mechanical field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and industrial processes, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self motivation and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and
