**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the capital goods sector, focusing on project sales in the mechanical field.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with industrial clients, including manufacturers, engineering firms, and project contractors.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns tailored to the needs of potential clients in the mechanical industry.

4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

5. Lead generation ,negotiations and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely and successful delivery of proposals, contracts, and agreements.

6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.

7. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

8. Stay current with industry developments, technological advancements, and market dynamics related to capital goods and the mechanical field, continuously enhancing product knowledge and sales techniques.

9. Fill all data in CRM.

10. Achieve the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly KPI

**EDUCATION**
- a. Minimum Education:

- BE / Diploma in mechanical
- b. Additional Education (not mandatory):

- MBA Marketing

**EXPERIENCE**
- a. Minimum Experience B2B sales:

- 2 to 3 years
- b. Minimum Experience:

- Project sales or capital goods sales

**TECHNICAL SKILLS.**
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
- Leadership skillsd.
- Knowledge of MS Excel & Powerpoint

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
