**KNOWLEDGE FOR (ELECTRICAL GAS STOVE, HOME appliances)**
- **Lab management**Scheduling lab and equipment use, purchasing supplies, and preparing order lists
- **Safety**Ensuring the safety of all lab information and data, and following safety regulations for equipment and materials
- **Technical support**Providing technical support for practical laboratory sessions, and liaising with academic and research activities
- **Lab preparation**Setting up experiments, supervising students, and handling all aspects of lab preparation
- **Record keeping**Maintaining records on materials loaned to students, instructors, and other departments
- **Tool room procedures**Explaining tool room procedures, and responding to students' questions

Some qualifications for an electrical lab incharge include:

- An MS/MTech/ME degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
- At least three years of experience, preferably with laboratory development and teaching at university level
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Familiarity with technology infused academic environments
- Excellent practical skills
- Experience in using EDA software for the design and manufacture of printed circuit boards
