**Position: Lab Incharge**

**Industry: Electrical Home Appliances (Chimney, OTG, Mixer Grinder, etc.)**

**Experience: Minimum 7 years**

**Education: B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university**

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage laboratory operations for testing and quality assurance of electrical home appliances like chimneys, OTGs, and mixer grinders.
- Conduct thorough testing of products using laboratory equipment to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
- Implement and maintain adherence to ISI (Indian Standards Institute) standards and guidelines.
- Plan and execute product audits to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain lab equipment, ensure calibration and accuracy, and develop SOPs for testing processes.
- Analyze test data, prepare detailed reports, and suggest improvements to enhance product quality and performance.
- Coordinate with the R&D and production teams for troubleshooting and quality enhancement.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with lab equipment and testing processes for electrical appliances.
- Strong knowledge of ISI standards and quality audit procedures.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail for ensuring product reliability and safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical tools for report generation and data analysis.
