**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to the travel agency's services and promoting various travel packages.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, provide information on available packages, and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
- **Booking Assistance**: Assist clients in the booking process, providing details on itineraries, pricing, and any additional information required.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address customer queries, and facilitate the completion of booking transactions.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and any relevant information in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.
- **Stay Informed**: Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and product knowledge to provide customers with the latest information.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer interactions and transactions.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi
