Job Description: Trainee at My Travel DMC

Position Overview: My Travel DMC is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the luxury travel and event planning industry and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Trainee, you will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the planning and execution of exceptional travel experiences, events, and weddings.

**Responsibilities**:
Assisting with Travel Itinerary Planning:

- Collaborate with senior team members to create customized travel itineraries for clients, ensuring their preferences and requirements are incorporated.
- Conduct research on destinations, accommodations, activities, and attractions to recommend unique and luxurious experiences.
- Assist in booking transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related arrangements.

Supporting Event and Wedding Planning:

- Aid in the planning and coordination of events and weddings, working closely with senior planners to ensure all aspects are meticulously organized.
- Assist with venue selection, decor arrangements, entertainment bookings, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare event materials, including seating charts, guest lists, and event timelines.

Client Communication and Relationship Management:

- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance throughout their travel or event planning process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist in preparing client proposals, contracts, and invoices.

Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and vendor databases.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Relevant education in hospitality, tourism, event management, or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for luxury travel, events, and weddings, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional and positive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Note: This is an entry-level position designed for learning and skill development. The Trainee will receive comprehensive training and guidance from experienced professionals within the organization.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
