Mines Foreman

**Position Name - Mines Foreman**
**Should have International Experience**
**Experience - Minimum 5+ Years**

Purpose:
Mine Foreman supervises a staff who prepares, inspects, and works in mining projects such as underground or surface mining. Ensures the staff performs project research, design calculations, and records accuracy of mining activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for organizing a shift in a safe manner
- Able to organize machines and operators for production as well as for development works in quarry sites
- Able to analyze, priorities and organize the equipment accordingly
- Flexible and firm personality that can make important and timely decisions.
- Optimize the machine efficiency and improve the productivity of all equipment.
- Coordinate with the laboratory for sampling the raw materials at the crushers and changing the mixing from the quarry faces depending on the laboratory results.
- Control the quarry equipment's on the site to perform the daily quarry production plan, keeping in view the safety of personal and equipment in mind.
- Supervise the drilling of blasting holes in the quarry to achieve most economical production from blasting.
- Arrange charging of explosives in the blasting holes making connections to denote the same under safety precautions and police squad.
- Responsible to get explosives issued from the police magazine and transport the same to quarry site under police escort for blasting.
- Able to make sure the maximum production from blasting by trial-and-error method.

Operations Skills:

- Familiar with heavy vehicles like excavators / wheel loaders / bulldozers / dumper operations.
- Able to organize mining machines in an orderly and safe manner.
- Good communication skills and Knowledge of computer are required.
- Teamwork and co-ordination with colleagues.
- Follow the safety regulations for himself, others & machineries.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month

- Day shift
