We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our fast-growing edtech startup as a Customer Support (Pre-Sales) representative. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and guiding potential customers through their journey towards enrollment
**Your work will require you to**:
- Handle inbound admission calls from prospective students
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers & addressing their concerns & inquiries.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our edtech products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries using google sheets.
**Expected skill sets**:
- Previous experience in a customer support, pre-sales, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Able to understand the product & its offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Should be able to use google sheets, doc.
