We are looking for a passionate and articulate Chat Support Executive to join our growing team As a Chat Support Executive, you will be the first line of contact for our customers via chat, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through our chat platform in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear and concise solutions.
- Research and gather information to answer customer questions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while building rapport with customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience by exceeding expectations.
- Follow company policies and procedures for chat support interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
