Job Description: Admin
1. Preparing Invoices
2. Generating Delivery Challans & E-Way Bills
3. Coordinate with the Sales team by sharing dispatch/courier details
4. Updating JCC File
5. Handling Petty Cash & Monthly Expenses. Also, keeping track of it.
6. Handling the housekeeping team
7. Monthly Attendance (onroll & offroll with their OT)
8. Managing safety & security
9. Documentation work of Internal & External Data
10. Arranging courier/portal for dispatch of material
11. Keeping and maintaining records of all the fixed assets
12. Maintaining monthly sales records with dispatch and pending order details in it.
Must have knowledge:
1. Tally Software
2. Must be able to communicate well by Mail.
3. Having transportation knowledge
4. Leadership Quality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
