**Job Title** (Job Code): Reporting & Budgeting Controller-HQ

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- To ensure the reporting on time for the complete headquarter costbase scope.
- To perform quality checks and analysis on the key KPI
- Create the most efficient ecosystem to collect, analyze and report the data, while facilitating the controlling activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting by origin:

- Create and implement a reporting system which can consolidate/control the exhaustivity of the inputs from all the PL/functions/platforms (~200 cost centers).
- Integrate the controlling dimensions into the import file for actuals analysis and forecasting exercise
- Reporting by destination:

- Design a process for the reporting of the delocalized HQ scopes.
- Integrate the existing information into the reporting tool (PO values, consolidated salaries assumptions )
- Upstream activities:

- Site overhead controlling.
- Salaries valuation and integration into the forecast exercise
- Downstream activities:

- Monthly Actual vs Budget salaries analysis.
- Create the function monthly dashboard
- Participate in the animation and preparation of the Monthly Business Review
- Under/over-recoveries analysis Participate to hourly rate calculation process

**MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES**

**Educational Requirements**

**Mandatory**:

- Professional (CA/CWA/CMA) or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Intelligence

**Desirable**:
**Experience**

- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a multinational group
- Relevant background in accounting, reporting and audits SAP, MS Office, consolidation, reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Fluent in English
- Team player
- Accuracy, accountability, controlling
- Sense of urgency, priority management.
- Clear analytical mind, structured Agile in a fast-paced environment, proactive.
- Energetic, self-motivated with an enthusiasm to grow with the Company
