Looking for Customer Relationship Executive from Automobile Industry

As a Customer Care Executive with a focus on automobiles, you'll be the face of our Nissan Garage, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and leveraging your automotive knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to Nissan vehicles.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with a keen understanding of automotive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Collect valuable customer feedback to enhance our automotive services.
- Leverage your automobile expertise to educate customers on Nissan products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Any graduate.
- Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Location:

- Yeswanthapur.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
