**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing accurate contact details of potential leads from various online platforms like Linkedin, Google search and finding out the decision makers of the companies from the various companies like Real Estate, Ecommerce, Elearning, Automotive, Telecommunication, Health Care, Pharmaceuticals etc.
- Maintaining the database of the leads and internal templates of the organisation and contacts.
- Calls or search on online platform to generate leads
- Develop selling skills and domain knowledge to grow into a senior sales executive/manager

**Tasks and Activities**:

- Prepare database for various purpose/services
- Conduct strategic marketing activities
- Connecting with prospect clients for sales opportunities
- Responsible for all brand promotion activities on social media
- Take initiative for brand visibility and popularity
- Identify and resolve gaps in customer expectations versus actual service levels
- Create and implements strategies and plans for lead generation
- Arranging meetings for sales team to generate/close sales deals
- New customer acquisition via different source to establish rapport and setup meetings
- Believe in Win-Win philosophy
- Honest

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

**Measurement Matrix**:

- No. of contact gathered per month
- No. of calls/meetings done per day/week
- No. of leads gathered per week/month

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
