We have provided counseling to 364194 students and we assist in obtaining admission to the university of your choice rather than just a foreign institution. We are aware of what it takes to succeed on the exams (SAT, GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL) and outperform the opposition. In accordance with your demands, we provide individualized mentoring and tailored admission support, including premium services.

WFH Counselors manage leads and collect detailed student information to match them with suitable programs. By assessing academic backgrounds and goals, they offer supportive engagement and organize meetings with experts for personalized guidance, helping students plan successful academic futures.

Additionally, Resources and mentors will be assigned so that you can get your queries sorted.

Work Process
- Leads assigned to you through our CRM
- Engage, collect detailed information and inform about our services
- Make updates in the CRM after each call with the leads
- Follow-up and Schedule necessary meeting for further process
- Take full ownership of the leads and get closure

You will be provided with as many leads as you can handle provided you are able to take full ownership and get closure on it since the leads come at a cost to us and we would appreciate it, if it is not wasted.

**Essential Skills**
- **Experience in Study Abroad Application process - Preferred**:

- Atleast 1-2 years Experience in lead generation or sales or business development or Tele-counseling
- Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills

**Salary [Completely Performance Based]**

Fixed Pay: 5000 Rs/month

Variable pay
- Revenue generated on lead qualification or conversion
- Per qualification pay out, no bar on number of leads assigned

Conditions for Salary (Variable + Bonus)
- You must complete 3 months from the date of joining - active & contributing to the job role.
- Must fulfill the criteria as mentioned above
- No compensation if target is not achieved
- Decision of the company is final

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
