**Job Title**: Demand Generation Specialist

**Reporting To**: Demand Generation Manager / Marketing Director
**Position Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Demand Generation Strategy**:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and revenue.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- **Lead Generation and Nurturing**:
- Identify and target key audiences for lead generation campaigns.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized content.
- **Content Creation and Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that supports demand generation efforts.
- Promote content through various channels to drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure content aligns with the buyer’s journey and addresses the needs of target personas.
- **SEO and SEM**:
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.
- Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and leads.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Participate in regular meetings to share insights and updates on demand generation activities.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform demand generation strategies and identify new opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and ability to innovate marketing strategies.
