Admin Panel Operator

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the admin panel of our online leasing brokerage platform.
Perform routine administrative tasks within the admin panel, such as user management, property listings, lease agreements, and payment processing.
Monitor the platform's backend operations to ensure smooth functioning and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
Assist users and team members with inquiries and issues related to the platform's functionality, providing timely and effective support.
Collaborate with the development team to communicate user feedback, suggest improvements, and assist in the implementation of updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation within the admin panel, ensuring data integrity.
Monitor and analyze platform data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Follow established policies, procedures, and workflows for the secure and efficient management of user data and platform operations.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members on the effective use of the admin panel.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to online leasing and property management.
Qualifications:
Under Graduate or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in administration or technology.
Previous experience (1-2 years) in an administrative role, preferably involving the use of admin panels or content management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle and resolve technical issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and team members.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of data protection guidelines and the importance of maintaining data privacy and security.
Ability to work independently while following established guidelines and procedures.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
