**Job Title:** Admin Manager  

**Location:** Tilak Nagar


Position Overview

The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role includes managing office staff, supporting senior management, overseeing office supplies and equipment, handling schedules, and ensuring a productive work environment. The Admin Manager also plays a key role in streamlining office procedures and improving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


- **Office Management:**  

 - Supervise and manage office staff, including administrative assistants, clerks, and other support roles.

 - Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and conducive to productivity.

 - Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, furniture, and supplies.

 - Manage the office budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.


- **Administrative Support:**  

 - Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

 - Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.

 - Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail distribution.

 - Prepare and maintain important company documents, reports, and presentations.


- **Human Resources Support:**  

 - Assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

 - Help manage payroll, employee benefits, and performance reviews.

 - Support HR in maintaining employee records and handling workplace queries.


- **Operations Coordination:**  

 - Work with other departments to ensure effective workflow and interdepartmental coordination.

 - Monitor and improve office processes to enhance efficiency.

 - Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.


- **Vendor and Facility Management:**  

 - Oversee relationships with office vendors and service providers.

 - Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.

 - Negotiate contracts and manage vendor agreements to optimize services and costs.


- **Reporting and Documentation:**  

 - Maintain records of office expenses, work schedules, and other important documentation.

 - Provide regular reports on office activities, expenses, and overall operations to senior management.


#### **Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Minimum of 8 years in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in office management or operations.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite, project management tools).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of office management and HR best practices is a plus
