_**Join Our Team as an Area Sales Officer (ASO)**_

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market Engagement:

- Start market at prompt time, attending the first call point.
- Visit 30 retailers per day with a focus on adding 5 new calls.

2. Sales Data Management:

- Carry and update sales data regularly.

3. Professional Appearance:

- Adhere to a neat dress code and maintain a professional appearance.

4. Reporting:

- Provide daily target vs. actual details to the reporting manager.

5. Infrastructure Development:

- Facilitate the appointment of a minimum of 100-150 liters per day with a distributor.

6. Freezer Utilization:

- Ensure accountability of freezers with proper documentation.
- Monitor freezer billing from distributor to retailer.
- Collect supply documents and maintain expected volumes; reassign non-compliant freezers.

7. Customer Management:

- Maintain existing customers' volumes without reduction.

9. Transport Cost Efficiency:

- Achieve the Transport Cost Per Liter (TCPL) target on a monthly basis.

10. Route Audits:

- Conduct audits of primary and secondary routes monthly.

11. Reporting Procedures:

- Complete daily reporting with the ASM after market work and plan for the next day.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Bachelor's (Art & Science) or Master's in Marketing
- 2 - 5 years of experience (preferable)
